Registration

Early registration (before 11 November 2009) will cost R900 per student delegate and R1400 for a full delegate. After this date the cost will be R1000 for a student registration and R1500 for a full registration.  Full registration includes attendance at the conference dinner (additional tickets can be purchased at R250 each).

To keep costs down and limit wastage, printed proceedings will not be distributed at the conference:  a PDF document of the proceedings will instead be made available beforehand.  Delegates that register prior to the early registration deadline will be able to request printed proceedings at an additional cost of R150 each.

Accommodation

Delegates are expected to arrange their own accommodation.  The conference venue does have rooms and apartments, and other options can be found here.

Author's kit

The Author's Kit contains the information you need to prepare your paper for PRASA.  Please have a look at the sample paper, the LaTeX template, or the Word template.  There is a limit of 6 pages on each paper.  Papers must be submitted in PDF format.
